In exhibit B of this request, Item A-1, lisa·èÂíÐãis asking for five years of experience providing a fully hosted application. Is this a deal-breaker? The technology has advanced and their are new players. Is it really your intent to eliminate new players in this space or are you going to just discount points if this requirement is not met?
